Profile pictures!

That's right! Profile pictures! I've finally (kind of) figured out file uploads and decided it test it on profile pictures.
It's still janky; I expect if you look at it the wrong way it'd explode, but you should have mostly a smooth experience uploading your PFPs.
You should see a Upload PFP section in your account editing page, there you can upload your PFP and look fine dandy.
